We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Returns are accepted for all products except hygiene-sensitive items, such as opened cosmetics. Please contact us for specific instructions regarding these items.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at info@angelarosscosmétiques.com within 7 days of receiving your product to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of any damaged or defective items.
  • Once you receive your RA number, package the product securely with the original packaging and mail it to 156 rue de Tonnancour, Vaudreuil, Quebec. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
